Modalities:

I offer remote therapy to individuals and couples located in the state of New York.  As a psychotherapist, I draw on psychodynamic and relational theory, with a pragmatic openness to integrative techniques, including mindfulness-based, emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and transference-focused psychotherapies.

Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy will be integrated into my practice once the laws allow. At present, I offer harm reduction treatment to support preparation and risk mitigation in advance of psychedelic experiences, as well as integration psychotherapy to process non-ordinary states of consciousness and associated challenges and insights.

Areas of Expertise:

With a focus on life’s bookends, it’s my privilege to support individuals navigating the birthing process (including fertility, pregnancy, and early parenthood) and the dying process (including end-of-life support, family transitions, and bereavement). In between, my areas of expertise include creative expression and self-actualization, personal and professional transitions, depression and anxiety, attachment disruptions, traumatic loss, and intergenerational, developmental, and adult-onset trauma. Interest areas also include post-traumatic growth, spirituality, non-ordinary states of consciousness, dream analysis and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
