Fees, Insurance & Practice Policies: 

Fees are discussed during the initial consultation and payment is accepted via credit card.  Invoices are sent (and credit cards are billed) on the first of every month and a 24-hour cancellation policy is instituted.

While insurance is not accepted, clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on their insurance plan. For those with out-of-network benefits, monthly statements for insurance reimbursement (“superbills”) are provided.

As policies vary, it’s recommended that potential clients verify out-of-network mental health (“behavioral health”) coverage prior to initiating treatment, including annual deductibles, co-payments, sessions covered per calendar year, and pre-authorization requirements.
